About the company

Group 6 Metals Limited is an Australia-based resource exploration and development company. The Company is focused on producing high-grade tungsten concentrate from its 100%-owned Dolphin Mine located on King Island, Tasmania. The Dolphin Tungsten Mine is located near the town of Grassy on the south-east coast of King Island, the most western large island in the Bass Strait between Victoria and Tasmania. The Dolphin Tungsten Mine hosts the highest-grade tungsten deposit of size in the western world. Scheelite (tungsten) within the Dolphin mining area occurs within carbonate-rich Mine Series rocks in close proximity to the Grassy Granite and against controlling faults. The Dolphin Tungsten Project has contracted to construct a processing plant on site with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons of feed ore. The Company holds the exploration license EL19/2001 at Grassy, King Island (63 square kilometers) and mining lease CML 2080P/M at Grassy, King Island (566 hectares).
