The Company’s properties include Arbors Harbor Town, Parkside Apartments, Flats at Fishers, Axis at Westmont, Valley Ranch Apartments, Autumn Breeze Apartments, BayVue Apartments, and Citadel Apartments. The Company’s business is externally managed by LSG Development Advisor LLC (the Advisor).
