About the company

Mkango Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration and development company. The principal business of the Company is rare earth element and associated mineral exploration and development with four properties in the Republic of Malawi, including the Phalombe exploration license (Phalombe License), the Thambani exploration license (Thambani License), the Chimimbe exploration license (Chimimbe License) and the Mchinji Exploration license. It is developing the Songwe Hill rare earths project in Malawi. In parallel, the Company is developing a rare earth separation plant at Pulawy in Poland. It is also developing green technology opportunities in the rare earths supply chain, encompassing neodymium (NdFeB) magnet recycling as well as rare earth alloy, magnet, and separation technologies. The Company holds a 100% interest in HyProMag focused on short loop rare earth magnet recycling in the UK, a 90% direct and indirect interest in HyProMag GmbH and a 100% interest in Mkango Rare Earths UK Ltd.
