About the company

Rivalry Corp. is a sports betting and sports media company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in offering fully regulated online wagering on esports, traditional sports, and casinos for the next generation of bettors. It holds a sports bookmaker license in Australia and an Internet gaming registration in Ontario and is presently in the process of obtaining additional country licenses. The Company also has a variety of originally developed products, including Quest, an on-site engagement experience, a first-party casino game called Rushlane, and a proprietary casino platform that houses third-party games, Casino.exe. The Company has launched its esports same-game parlay product, allowing users to combine multiple bets within a single esports match for a higher potential payout. The product feature, which is known as Same Game Combos on Rivalry, is available for top League of Legends, Counter-Strike, and Dota 2 esports matches. Its subsidiary is Rivalry Limited.
