The Petrochemical products segment consists of production and sales of tires, and petrochemical raw materials and refined products, which are used in production of tires. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in crude oil exploration, development and production principally in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Company is also engaged in refining and marketing of crude oil and refined products, as well as production and marketing of petrochemicals.
