About the company

Alternative Income REIT PLC is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust. The Company's investment objective is to generate a secure and predictable income return, sustainable in real terms, whilst at least maintaining capital values, in real terms, through investment in a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom properties, in alternative and specialist sectors. The majority of the assets in the Company's portfolio are let on long leases which contain inflation linked rent review provisions, which help to underpin income distributions to shareholders with the potential for income and capital growth. The Company may invest in corporate and other entities that hold property. It invests in alternative and specialist real estate sectors, which include leisure, hotels, healthcare, education, logistics, automotive, supported living and student accommodation. The Company's investment adviser is Martley Capital Real Estate Investment Management Limited.

Objective

The investment objective of the Group is to generate a secure and predictable income return, sustainable in real terms, whilst at least maintaining capital values, in real terms, through investment in a diversified portfolio of UK properties, in alternative and specialist sectors. The Group will invest in freehold and long leasehold properties across the whole spectrum of the UK property sector, but with a focus on alternative and specialist real estate sectors. Examples of alternative and specialist real estate sectors include, but are not limited to, leisure, hotels, healthcare, education, logistics, automotive, supported living and student accommodation.

Management & contract fees

M7 will be paid an annual fee of 0.5% of the Company net asset value paid quarterly in advance, subject to a minimum fee of GBP 90,000 per quarter.
