Management & contract fees

The Company receives a management fee at an annual rate of 0.75% of NAV ,when Company NAV up to GBP 950m, and 0.6375% between GBP 950m and 1.5b, and 0.5625% above GBP 1.5b.The Investment Management Agreement is terminable by the Company on not less than 12 months’ written notice.
