About the company

Impact Healthcare REIT PLC is a real estate investment trust. The Company provides shareholders with an attractive return, by investing in a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom healthcare real estate assets, in particular residential and nursing care homes. Its strategy is to identify new healthcare properties and tenants who diversify its portfolio and deliver economies of scale. It works with its tenants to implement asset management opportunities that benefit the tenant, residents, and shareholders. Objective

To seek to provide Shareholders with an attractive return, principally in the form of quarterly income distributions and with the potential for capital and income growth through exposure to a diversified portfolio of Healthcare Real Estate Assets. The investment policy is to acquire, own, lease, renovate, extend and redevelop high quality, Healthcare Real Estate Assets in the UK, in particular residential care homes and to lease those assets to care home operators and other healthcare service providers under full repairing and insuring leases.

Management & contract fees

The advisory fee is 1% p.a. of the Company's NAV up to GBP 500m and 0.70% thereafter, payable quarterly. The Investment Management Agreement may be terminated by either party on six months notice,
