About the company

UK Commercial Property REIT Limited is a Guernsey-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company's investment objective is to provide ordinary shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth from investing in a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom commercial properties. It invests up to 15 % of its total assets in indirect property funds including in other listed investment companies. It invests in mainly four commercial property sectors: office, retail, industrial and alternatives. It has investments in various geographies, such as South East, London, West Midlands, East Midlands, South West, Scotland, North East, Yorks and Humber, and North West. Its property portfolio includes Bestway, Meir Park, Stoke-on-Trent; Clipper Logistics, Tetron Park, Swadlincote; Cineworld Complex, 7 Renfrew Street, Glasgow; 41-45 Gilmore Place, Edinburgh, and others. Its investment manager is Aberdeen Standard Fund Managers Limited.

Management & contract fees

From 1 April 2022, the annual fee charged to the Company will be reduced from a rate of 0.60% of Total Assets up to £1.75 billion, to 0.525% of Total Assets. The rate of 0.475% remains unchanged for Total Assets above £1.75 billion. In addition, the Company will not be charged for fees on excessive cash balances.
