Publication of Final Terms

The Bank of Nova Scotia (the "Issuer") has agreed to issue EUR 1,000,000,000 0.500 per cent. Senior Notes due April 30, 2024 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The following document constitutes the final terms dated April 26, 2019 (the "Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 6, 2018 and the supplemental prospectuses dated July 20, 2018, August 29, 2018, November 28, 2018 and February 28, 2019 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus").  Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
