Standard Chartered PLC (the "Company") today announces that Amanda Mellor will be appointed as its new Group Company Secretary on 9 May 2019.
Ms Mellor succeeds Elizabeth (Liz) Lloyd, CBE who will leave the Company following its AGM on 8 May 2019.
Ms Mellor joined the Company on 1 April 2019 from Marks and Spencer Group plc where she held the role of Group Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance for more than nine years.
