2018 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

HSS released its annual results for the year ended 29 December 2018 on 4 April 2019. The Company confirms it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 29 December 2018 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting. The documents are available for viewing at the Company's website (www.hsshiregroup.com) and are being mailed to shareholders shortly, together with the accompanying Form of Proxy.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday, 20 June 2019 at Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow, Pavilion Centre, Eastern Perimeter Road, Hatton Cross, Heathrow, TW6 2SQ.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and LR 9.6.3, copies of the above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
