Further, to our intimation dated January 14, 2019, wherein the Bank had intimated that Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") vide its letter dated January 11, 2019 has approved the appointment of Mr. Brahm Dutt as Part-Time Chairman of the Bank till July 04, 2020.
We are pleased to inform you that RBI vide its letter dated May 2, 2019 has accorded its approval for extension of tenure of Mr. Brahm Dutt as Part-Time Chairman of the Bank till January 10, 2022.
