Announcement of Board Committee Changes

Pursuant to rule 9.6.11R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules, the Board of Directors of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc is pleased to announce the following changes to the membership of its standing Board committees.

Paola Bergamaschi Broyd, an independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed to the Audit & Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.  Vicky Williams will become a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee, in each case effective from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on Friday 10 May 2019, concurrent with her appointment as an independent Non-Executive Director.
