AGM date and Recommended Dividend

Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services company, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 27 June 2019 at the offices of the Company, Business Aviation Centre, Farnborough Airport, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 6XA.

As announced on 24 April 2019 in the Company's Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2018, the Board is proposing a final dividend of 2.00p per share, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid gross by the Company on Thursday 25 July 2019 to all shareholders on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on 5 July 2019 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date will be 4 July 2019.
