Federal Grid Company Announces AGM

Moscow, 15 May 2019 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, and the owner and operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces that its Board of Directors has set the date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held at 11:00 (Moscow time) on 26  June 2019 in Moscow at Federal Grid Company R&D Centre auditorium, located at 22 Kashirskoe shosse, building 3, 2^nd floor. Registration will open at 09:30 am (Moscow time). 

The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the AGM is 2 June 2019.

The agenda for the AGM will be announced in due course following approval by the Board of Directors.
