Appointment of Directors

Following the announcement by Visa International Service Association ("Visa") on 8 May 2019 that its offer to acquire the issued share capital of Earthport has become unconditional in all respects, Earthport announces the following Board appointments.

David Adam Josephs (age 53) and Leanna Laiying Kuan Kuo (age 42) have been appointed to the board of Earthport as directors with immediate effect.  David Josephs is currently Vice President and Head of Visa Direct at Visa Europe and Leanna Kuo is currently Vice President North America Corporate Accounting at Visa Inc.  The on-going appointments remain conditional on receipt of FCA approval.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in relation to David Josephs or Leanna Kuo under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
