Notification of Annual General Meeting

24 May 2019. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Board of Directors set 27 June 2019 as the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM").

The AGM will take place at 11:00 a.m. Moscow time at the following address: Hotel Radisson - Slavyanskaya, Ploshyad Evropy 2, Moscow.

Registration of shareholders participating in the AGM is to start at 10:00 a.m. Moscow time on 27 June 2019.

The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the AGM is 03 June 2019.
