London, 30 May 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that on 30 May 2019, Mr Prasanth Manghat, CEO and Executive Director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2495.36 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Manghat has an interest over a total of 254,272 shares, representing approximately 0.1 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
