Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price
Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 25 February 2019 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 28.6 cents per share payable on 12 June 2019. The deadline for receipt of elections was 20 May 2019.
The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1643p.
The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 22 May 2019 and ending on 29 May 2019.
The Pound Sterling equivalent of the interim dividend is 22.59p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published in the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 22 May 2019 and ending on 29 May 2019.
