Appointment of Acting Director General at Kubanenergo.

04 June 2019. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Igor Shishigin has been appointed Acting Director General of Kuban Power and Electrification Public Joint Stock Company, (the "Subsidiary"), effective from 04 June 2019.

Igor Shishigin has significant experience in the industry since 2014, including service at the Subsidiary as the First Deputy Director General - Chief Engineer at Subsidiary branch "Sochi Electric Grid" since 2014 till 2017, and as the Deputy Director General - Chief Engineer at the Subsidiary from 2017 through present.
