Update on Placing - Placing price

Following the announcement by the Company of the estimated weekly net asset values per Share as at 31 May 2019, being £1.0688 and €1.0262 per Sterling Share and per Euro Share respectively, the Board is pleased to announce that the placing prices for the Shares to be issued pursuant to the placing announced on 20 May 2019 (the "Placing") will be £1.0795 and €1.0365 respectively.  The Placing closes at 1.00 p.m. on 6 June 2019 and it is expected that the results of the Placing will be released at 7.00 a.m. on 7 June 2019.
