NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Certificates (the Conditions), that pursuant to Condition 6(b)(iii) (Covenants) each of the companies listed below (each an Additional Guarantor) acceded as a guarantor in respect of the Certificates on 17 June 2019 and all of the conditions precedent to such accession set out in the Trust Deed constituting the Certificates dated 21 November 2018 between the Issuer, the Initial Guarantors and Citibank N.A., London Branch have been satisfied.
