The Company announces that Jean Matterson, Chairman, will be retiring from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held 12 November 2019. Jean Matterson joined the Board in 2003 and became Chairman in 2010. It is intended that Angus Macpherson will replace her as Chairman.
