Appointment of Acting Director General at JSC «Tyumenenergo»

26 June 2019. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Alexey Soldatenko has been elected Acting Director General of Joint Stock Company «Tyumenenergo» (the "Subsidiary") effective on 27 June 2019. The appointment was approved by the Subsidiary's Board of Directors at the meeting held on 25 June 2019.

Mr. Soldatenko has significant experience in the industry since 1998, including position of Deputy Director General of PJSC "IDGC of Siberia" - Director of Branch "Chitaenergo", and joined Tyumenenergo in March 2019 as First Deputy Director General.
