Codemasters Group Holdings Plc (AIM: CDM), the award winning British video game developer and publisher specialising in high quality racing games, announces that Shibasish Sarkar has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. His resignation is in accordance with the terms of the relationship agreement between Codemasters and Reliance Big Entertainment Pte. Ltd ('Reliance'), as detailed in paragraph 12.6 of Part VII of the Company's Admission Document dated 29 May 2018, and follows Reliance's holding in the Company now representing less than 20% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Following Mr Sarkar's resignation, the Company intends to appoint an additional, independent Non-Executive Director and will begin a process to identify suitable candidates shortly. A further update will be provided in due course.

Shibasish Sarkar, outgoing Non-Executive Director, said:

Now is the appropriate time to step down from the Board and on behalf of Reliance, I would like to wish Codemasters continued success for the future."
