In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue at 30 June 2019 is 34,047, 849, with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 7,666,162 Ordinary shares in Treasury, and there are 36,945,232 units of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock (CULS) outstanding.
