Total Voting Rights

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Micro Focus International plc's (the "Company") capital consists of 343,335,954 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights and a further 19,478,513 ordinary shares held in Treasury.

Therefore, the resulting total number of voting rights in the Company is 343,335,954.

The above figure (343,335,954) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
