The options were granted at £6.63 per share representing a 20% discount to the closing mid-market share price of the Company's shares for the five days prior to the invitation date (7 June 2019).
The permitted exercise period for Sharesave options is six months, commencing on the dates listed above. No consideration was paid for the grant of these options.
