Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting
Following the Company's announcement on 19 June 2019 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2019, the Company has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2019.
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.30 pm on 12 September 2019 at the offices of Montanaro Asset Management, 53 Threadneedle Street, London EC2R 8AR.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2019 and the Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting will shortly be available to view on the Company's website at www.montanaro.co.uk
In accordance with rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, copies of the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts, 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
Copies of those documents, together with a form of proxy for use in connection with the 2019 Annual General Meeting, have been posted to the Company's shareholders today.
