Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

 

 

CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care and education services to adults and children in the UK, announces that pursuant to its block admission facility, details of which were announced on 7 May 2019, it has recently issued 36,900 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in satisfaction of the exercise of share options. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 28 June 2019, the Company had 109,054,955 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 109,054,955.

The above figure of 109,054,955 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
