CHANGES TO DIRECTOR DETAILS
LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric" or "Company") announces that, following completion of the acquisition of A&J Mucklow Group Plc ("Mucklow") on 27 June 2019, Andrew Jones, Martin McGann, Valentine Beresford and Mark Stirling were appointed as directors of Mucklow on the same date.
No additional information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13, which applies due to the ongoing standard listing of Mucklow's outstanding preference shares on the Official List of the FCA.
