This is further to our letter dated May 13, 2019 wherein we had informed you that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Corporation (AGM) would be held on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 2.30 p.m at "Birla Matushri Sabhagar", 19, New Marine Lines, Mumbai 400 020.
In this connection and as required under the Listing Regulations, we hereby enclose the following for your information and record:
1. Notice convening the said AGM;
2. 42nd Annual Report of the Corporation in respect of the financial year 2018-19; and
3. Business Responsibilty Report for the financial year 2018-19.
We would like to inform you that the said documents are also uploaded on the website of the Corporation viz. www.hdfc.com.
The Corporation has commenced dispatch of said Notice and the Annual Report to the shareholders from today i.e. Wednesday, July 3, 2019. A certificate of commencement of dispatch of Annual Report is also enclosed herewith.
