The Company announces that the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice"), to be held at the Bryce Institute, Burneside, Cumbria LA9 6QZ on Wednesday 31 July 2019 at 11.00am, has been circulated by post to all shareholders.
The Company is also pleased to announce the launch of a new corporate website with effect from today, which can be found at www.jamescropper.com (http://jamescropper.com/).
