in connection with the recommended proposals for the reconstruction and winding-up of The Establishment Investment Trust plc ("EIT")
Henderson International Income Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at a General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held today, the ordinary resolution to obtain authority to authorise the Directors to allot the new ordinary shares in the Company, to be issued to EIT Shareholders who will roll over their investment in EIT, was passed.
