Voting results of Annual General Meeting 2019
The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today the resolutions proposed in the notice of the meeting were duly passed according to the results below.
Following the announcement this morning that both John Allwood and Cath Keers have stood down from the Board, resolutions 9 and 10 in respect of their re- elections were not included in the vote.
