Result of AGM
Codemasters (AIM: CDM), the video game developer and publisher specialising in high quality racing games, announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU, all of the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Following the resignation of Shibasish Sarkar, as announced on 28 June 2019, resolution 7 (re-election of Shibasish Sarkar as a Director of the Company) was subsequently removed and therefore votes were not counted on this resolution.
