RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 17th July 2019, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 32,497 Ordinary Shares at prices of €16.19 and €20.825 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £14.94 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 43,544,861 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 799,845,477.
