The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus dated September 21, 2018, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated October 15, 2018, October 29,
2018, November 1, 2018, January 16, 2019, February 27, 2019, April 15, 2019, May 3, 2019, May 23, 2019 and July 17, 2019 and the documents incorporated by reference therein.
