Sub:    Corrigendum to the intimation under Regulation 30 and 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

This is with reference to our intimation dated August 2, 2019 filed with the stock exchanges in terms of above captioned regulations, wherein we had inter alia intimated the summary of the proceedings of the 42^nd Annual General Meeting of the Corporation.

In in this regard, please note that due to typographical error in the said summary of proceedings of the 42^nd Annual General Meeting "Point No. 3 - Appointment of Mr. V. Srinivasa Rangan (DIN: 00030248) be read as Director of the Corporation instead of Independent Director of the Corporation". Please note that Mr. V. Srinivasa Rangan continues to be a whole-time Director (designated as an Executive Director) of the Corporation.

Further, Special Business to be read from point no.5 instead of point no.3.

All other information remains the same.
