Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of cloud video platform technology using its patented Blackbird technology, has been notified that on 5 August 2019, Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 90,000 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.24 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased a further 92,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.35p.
Ian McDonough and his wife Syarifah Aidid, a person closely associated with Ian McDonough, now together hold a total beneficial interest in 5,394,027 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 1.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
