NAV misstatement
The Company wishes to inform Shareholders and the market that, due to administrative errors, the net asset value per ordinary share was overstated between 4 October 2018 and 2 August 2019 (inclusive). During this period, the published cum-income net asset value per share differed from the corrected cum-income net asset value per share by no more than 0.24%. During this period the ex-income net asset value per share was also overstated.
For the avoidance of doubt, the NAV per ordinary share was accurately stated from 3 August 2019.
The Board is reviewing the circumstances leading to this error. The Financial Conduct Authority will be informed as soon as possible.
The corrected net asset values per ordinary share during this period, at each month end from 31 October 2018 to 28 June 2019 and daily from 1 July 2019, are shown below.
