Board Appointment
The Board of Witan Investment Trust plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that Gabrielle Boyle has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 16 August 2019.
Gabrielle Boyle is Senior Fund Manager and Head of Research at Troy Asset Management. She is responsible for Troy's Global Equity Strategy and the Senior Fund Manager for the Trojan Global Equity Fund and the Electric & General Investment Fund. Prior to joining Troy in 2011, she was a Senior Managing Director at Lazard Asset Management where she worked for 17 years and was responsible for the Global and International Equity Select business. Gabrielle is a graduate of University College Dublin and holds the ASIP qualification.
There is no information concerning Mrs Boyle which is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
