ISSUE OF EQUITY
On 16 August 2019 the Company issued 700,000 ordinary shares of no par value from its blocklisting facility at a price of 58.4 pence per share.
The Company's issued share capital now consists of 424,601,858 ordinary shares and there are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 424,601,858.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
