Notification of 1H 2019 Results Announcement, Conference Call

22 August 2019. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, will announce its unaudited  interim condensed consolidated IFRS financial results for the six months ended  30 June  2019 on  29 August 2019. 

The Company will hold a conference call for investors and analysts at 15:00 Moscow time (13:00 London / 08:00 New York) on 29 August 2019.

The conference call will be held in Russian with simultaneous translation into English on a separate line.
