Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that Resolutions 1 to 10 proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today (28 August 2019) were duly passed. In relation to Resolution 11 (resolution to wind up the Company) the Company is pleased to announce that 99.98 per cent of votes received were against this resolution and accordingly the Company will not be wound up.
The Company's issued share capital, as at 28 August 2019 is 14,192,125 Ordinary Shares of 50p each.
