SEGRO plc ('SEGRO' or 'the Company') announces that Doug Webb will retire as an independent Non-Executive Director on 30 September 2019, having served nine years on the Board.
Doug Webb said:
"It has been a privilege to have worked with SEGRO over the past nine years. I am proud to have been involved with the Company as it re-shaped its business and established itself as the leading pan-European owner of warehouse properties. I wish the Board, the management team and the Company well for the future."
SEGRO's Chair Gerald Corbett, added:
"Doug has been an excellent Non-Executive Director and, until recently, Chair of the Audit Committee. During his time with SEGRO he has made a significant contribution to the success of the Company and we shall miss his wise counsel. We wish him well in the future."
