The capital of Henderson Far East Income Limited (the "Company"), as at 31 August 2019, consisted of 130,678,564 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 August 2019 was 130,678,564. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
