Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the "Issuers") have published a Supplementary Prospectus dated 5 September 2019 in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme, the publication on 26 July 2019 of the Half-Year Report January-June 2019 of Nestlé S.A., the publication on 4 September 2019 of the Half-Yearly Financial Report for the six-month period ended 30 June 2019 of Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and the publication on 20 August 2019 of the Half-Yearly Financial Report for the six-month period ended 30 June 2019 of Nestlé Finance International Ltd.
