The Company announces it agreed on 12 September 2019 to allot 125,000 Ordinary Shares at 372p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 11 September 2019 was 363.5p.
These shares will be issued for cash on 16 September 2019. As at 16 September 2019 the issued share capital will be 130,903,564 and the number of voting rights will be 130,903,564.
